1996年承建的日本住友（苏州）有限公司的SSB装置，工期提前一个月完成，质量完全符合设计、规范和标准要求，开车一次成功，生产运行良好，得到日本住友（苏州）有限公司和总承包商新加坡高田公司的好评，一致称赞“苏华，OK！”

     In 1996, undertaking the installation work of SSB Plant of Japan Sumitomo Bakelite (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. Awarded the praise of  “Suhua-OK!” by the owner --- Sumitomo Bakelite (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. and the general contractor--- Singapore Takada Engineering Co., Ltd. because the project was completed one month in advance comparing to the scheduled project period, installation quality was fully conformity to the design, specifications and standards, the plant was successfully started up only one time and very good in the service.
